The Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) is a non-profit, non-partisan association that represents municipal governments across Ontario. The Annual AMO Conference is the leading conference for municipally elected officials in Ontario. AMO brings leaders together to address the critical policy and governance issues facing municipalities through over a dozen concurrent sessions, networking opportunities and second to none mainstage presentations and discussions. Municipal officials have the opportunity to meet with provincial leaders on local concerns, participate in the Ministers' Forum, hear from Provincial and Federal representatives and network and align advocacy with their colleagues from across Ontario. Held each year in a members municipality, the AMO Conference provides, insights, skills and the learnings that strengthen local leadership and community development.

AMO’s members have a vital role in the health and sustainability of communities across Ontario.

• Almost 1 in 3 Canadians are a resident of an AMO member municipality.
• Ontario’s municipal governments invest $60 billion annually in important public services and infrastructure.
